The new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) came into force in 2018.  These replaced the current Data Protection Regulations.  The Practice complies with all current data protection and access to medical records legislation and we regularly update our internal documentation to comply with changing regulations.  We have produced a data protection notice for patients and also one aimed at children (aged under 16).
