Noticeboard

Please provide the practice with your most up to date mobile phone number.  We plan to use this to send you appointments reminders and provide you with health information, including sending results by text.   We need your consent to do this.  When you are next at the surgery please advise reception if you are happy for this to take place.  Please note, it is your responsibility to let the practice know if you change any of your contact details.

We have created a factsheet for new patients to Scotland and our Practice which explains about some of the procedures we have and potential differences in systems between Scotland and your country of birth:

Helpful information for patients about health services in Scotland

The following fact sheets have been written to explain more about how the UK National Health Service works to newly-arrived individuals seeking asylum. They cover issues such as the role of GPs, their function as gatekeepers to the specialist services, how to register and how to access emergency care.

Special care has been taken to ensure that information is given in clear language, and the content and style has been tested with user groups. Open the leaflets in one of the following languages
